Priscilla H. Claman, president of Career Strategies Incorporated, specializes in competency-focused career and professional development programs based upon the latest in current research. She has worked with well over one hundred employers, including: John Hancock, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Fidelity Investments, Shawmut Construction, and First Marblehead Corporation.

She is a frequent speaker before professional groups, and her views have been quoted in Fortune, Money Magazine, and The New York Times. Her publications include: Ask… How to Get What You Want and Need at Work, Competency Modeling: The Career Strategies Approach, The Challenge of Change, with M. Douglas Adams. She has taught courses at Harvard's Kennedy School, at the Radcliffe Institute, and at Suffolk University in the MBA program.

Priscilla has an AB from Harvard College, magna cum laude, and a Master's from Harvard's Graduate School of Education. She has collaborated with MDA Associates International in the area of program design and development and leadership competency research and assessment since 1994.

Stephen McCarty, president of The Concept Group, brings over twenty years of strategic and operating experience in strategy development, strategic deployment, executive team performance, total quality management, acquisition and integration, performance management and business restructuring. Much of Steve's career has been spent working internationally in Europe, Latin America and Asia. Most recently his focus has been working with in the Medical and Dental Healthcare industry with clients such as Amicore Inc., DentaQuest Ventures, Inc.and Pacific Care Dental and Vision assisting with strategic realignment and deployment, acquisitions and integration, organization restructuring and performance improvement. Steve has held executive positions at Tier, Inc., a global provider of management and technology consulting, GenRad, Inc. and has held leadership positions at Arthur D. Little and Renaissance Worldwide, both global consulting enterprises.

Steve has worked with MDA Associates International in the areas of leadership program design and delivery and has been highly successful as a coach in a number of important programs.
